With experienced guides from Adventure Puketi, you will enter into the night world of the mighty Kauri Tree in the pristine Puketi Forest; experience the forest on a Full day excursion, encountering the spectacle sub tropical rain forest.
	Full Day Guided Kauri Walk Walk through the heart of the Puketi Forest and experience one of New Zealand’s subtropical rainforests. See great views of New Zealand’s Bay of Islands and surrounding farmland.
	Half Day Forest Walk New Zealand Forest Puketi, Waihoanga Gorge. See how the New Zealand forest evolved from young trees to a mature and established forest.
	Night Forest Walk On twilight listen to the bird song changed from day calls to night calls. Watch bats flying overhead feed on insects. On night fall observe the nocturnal wildlife of the New Zealand forest habitat…a kiwi if you are lucky.
	Puketi Nature Trail The Nature trail is an easy wander around a loop track beginning at the Puketi forest recreation area. It leads you through a beautiful Kauri forest, it provides a great experience for those wanting to learn more about New Zealand native plants and hear the history of the Puketi and the surrounding areas.
	Omahutua Sanctuary Night Tour We are proud to bring into our tours “the Omahutua Sanctuary night tour”. This is for guests with limited mobility— we now offer this 3 hour “drive-walk’ excursion which will take us on a magical experience into the subtropical rain forest on dusk with easier and flatter access, great for older or limited mobility guests.
	Combo Walk This tour has been designed for those who have little time but wish to see both night and day in the forest. The tour consists of the night and most of the half day tour departing approximately 90 minutes before dusk.
	Group Tour We can host and guide an exciting unique option for the bigger groups from morning and afternoon tea through to themed dinners and gourmet lunches.
